Where to buy

How long it lasts
Replace every 12 months — the appliance's filter light tells you when.
After fitting: After fitting, hold the filter reset button until the filter light goes out.
Flow slows and taste drops off as the filter fills up. Changing on time is the whole point of the filter.

Fitting it
A few minutes, no tools. Watch it done, then follow the steps.
- 1Switch the purifier off and unplug it.
- 2Pull the front panel off from the bottom edge and lift out the old filters in order: pre-filter, carbon filter, then HEPA filter.
- 3Take the new filters out of their plastic bags and fit them the same order and way round — HEPA at the back, carbon in front, pre-filter last.
- 4Refit the panel, plug in, and hold the filter reset button until the filter light goes out.
