The Bosch UltraClarity Pro (11032518, accessory code KSZ50UCP) is the cartridge for Bosch's current 90.5 cm multi-door fridges with ice and water, such as the KFD96AXEAA. It sits behind a fold-down cover in the fridge ceiling at the top left, comes out with a quarter turn, and the fridge lights a filter indicator every six months. How long it lasts
Replace every 6 months — the appliance's filter light tells you when.
After fitting: Press the 'filter' button on the control panel after fitting the new cartridge; the 'filter' light goes out and the six-month counter restarts (manual 9001945893 §13.2).
Flow slows and taste drops off as the filter fills up. Changing on time is the whole point of the filter.

Fitting it
