Older models such as the HR6FDFF701SW take the Daewoo-made DW2042FR-09, while Hisense Australia sells the K2100988 replacement filter for the HRCD585, HRCD650, HRFD560 and HRFD634. Hisense recommends a new filter every six months; the K2100988 is NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 certified for chlorine taste, lead and mercury reduction.
