How long it lasts
Replace every 24 months — the appliance's filter light tells you when.
After fitting: After fitting, hold the filter reset button on the purifier for about 3 seconds until the filter alert clears.
Flow slows and taste drops off as the filter fills up. Changing on time is the whole point of the filter.

Fitting it
A few minutes, no tools. Watch it done, then follow the steps.
- 1Switch the purifier off and unplug it.
- 2Pull the bottom edge of the front panel towards you, then lift the panel off.
- 3Lift out the old filter. Take the new filter out of its plastic bag — it does nothing while wrapped — and slot it in with the tab facing you.
- 4Refit the front panel, plug in, and hold the filter reset button for about 3 seconds until the filter alert clears.
