  2. 2Open the lower cover on the front of the tower and lift the old filter cartridge out.
  3. 3Take the new filter out of its plastic bag and drop it in with the tab facing you.
  4. 4Close the cover, plug in, and hold the filter reset button for about 3 seconds until the filter alert clears.
